These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Monk Traders website (www.monktraders.co.in) , including all content, courses, and services offered by Monk Traders under the mentorship of Abhishek Das. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

All content, materials, knowledge, or data (in any form—verbal, electronic, written, or otherwise) provided on the Platform, including but not limited to trading strategies, course materials, algorithms, research, business plans, financial data, or customer information, is considered confidential and proprietary to Monk Traders. Unauthorized use or disclosure of such information may harm Monk Traders’ business and could result in legal action against the violator under applicable laws.
As a registered user of Monk Traders’ courses (e.g., Learn & Earn Program, Stock Market Course, or Trade Like A Monk Program), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the content specified in your purchased course through the Platform. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Upon registration, you will create a unique password to access the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and may not share it with others. You agree to notify Monk Traders immediately at support@monktraders.co.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Monk Traders reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access in case of misuse, without entitlement to refunds.

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. Monk Traders provides all content “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Monk Traders is not liable for:
Monk Traders does not guarantee an error-free Platform or a virus-free server.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Monk Traders, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Monk Traders reserves the right to modify these Terms, suspend access to, or remove any content from the Platform at any time, in its sole discretion. Monk Traders may also discontinue the Platform temporarily or permanently. No refunds or payments will be provided in such cases.
Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Monk Traders regarding your use of the Platform. Any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action, or they will be permanently barred. If any provision is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Monk Traders’ failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
